10 years ago, Vicki Marx, the founder of mamalila, was herself an enthusiastic
babywearer – her children were always carried close to her. They loved the
intimacy of babywearing and were able to spend every free minute outside with
Mother Nature.

However, it was tricky when the weather was wet and windy: babywearing
jackets to keep both mother and child warm and dry were simply not available,
and a normal jacket didn’t fit round the child in a carrying system.

Thus, 10 years ago, mamalila was born – and since then has grown up to beco-
me an excellent brand created with much love, heart and soul.

Today, parents and children all over the world are wearing mamalila Babywea-
