    Postage costs

    Postage costs are calculated as follows:

    • Within Germany: flat-rate 3.90 Euro, free shipping on all orders over €50
    • Within the EEC: flat-rate 7.00 Euro
    • Worldwide: between 12.00 euros and 30 euros depending on the delivery country.

    Delivery

    The goods will be sent 1-2 working days after receipt of your order, provided that the goods are in stock.  We will inform you if your ordered items are not available.

    Depending on postal routes you can expect the following delivery times:

    • Within Germany: 2-4 days
    • Within the EEC: 5-10 days
    • Outwith the EEC: reliant on local postal times and Customs Controls

    Within Germany and most European countries orders are dispatch with DPD, in a few European countries we dispatch with DHL German Post Service.

    The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basket is not empty.
